Peel me a potato......

For Thanksgiving we went to Boise, where Grammy taught the boys how to peel potatoes. They had a blast and peeled 3 or 4 before M peeled a chunk of his thumb off and we switched to another activity. The dinner was fabulous as usual with Grammy and the other cooks working hard in the kitchen.

We did other things, too, like see movies, go swimming at the Y and see lights at the Botanical Gardens. Seeing the lights was cold so of course we had to have some hot chocolate after.

A fun time was had by these boys who miss their cousins and wish they could get together more often!

Hey! That makes a blogger bingo for me!

Looks like fun. Too bad blood was required to find a different activity. Who would think that spud peelin would be fun?

What a nice grandma!...she lets them peel potatoes on the floor?! I always feel like hot chocolate is the best part about Christmas lights.

We had a potato peeling "incident" with Emma several years back so now it's always Boyd or I.
Looks like you had a wonderful holiday.
